About
Cutchins Programs for Children and Families has been providing mental health and educational services to youth and families of Western Mass for over 45 years. Our main campus is located in Northampton and is home to the New Directions Therapeutic Day School and the Northampton Center for Children and Families Residential Program. Additionally, we have an acute care level residential program for youth, which is located in Belchertown. The Children’s Clinic is our outpatient program, located downtown Northampton, along with our community-based Flexible Supports Services.
Offering a variety of options at different levels of intensity, we aim to help the youth and caregivers we serve heal from traumatic experiences and lead the most successful lives they can. Through education, therapeutic interventions and support, we help our clients improve their relationships and overall social and emotional functioning. Grounded in our agency’s values of Hope, Integrity, Acceptance and Belonging, we seek to improve the lives of the children, youth and families we serve, while strengthening our community as a whole.
