In the past 10 years, 74% of the new businesses created are "non-employee" jobs—in other words, consulting.
Don Lesser has been a consultant and run a business that uses consultants for 30+ years. His companies have grown and shrunk, and the nature of his business has changed, but the fact remains that he is still thinking and working like a consultant. And, he is successful at it.
The Art of Consulting is a collection of the guiding principles of consulting that sum up the lessons he has learned over the past 30 years.
