Highlights: Clients are the lifeblood of every business. The equation seems simple, especially for consulting or service-based businesses: find the client, provide the service, collect your money. In most cases, it is that simple. But not always. Clients change their mind, change their deliverables, decide that they are not happy with your service, remember agreements differently than you do, and expect the unreasonable. Managing clients' expectations and requests is part of every business. In this workshop, we'll cover how to deal with these and other issues.

Don Lesser has been a consultant and business owner for 30+ years. His companies have grown and shrunk and grown again, and the nature of his business has changed over the years. The Art of Small Business contains the insights and techniques that have contributed to his success.
