The equation seems simple, especially for consulting or service-based businesses: find the client, provide the service, collect your money. In most cases, it is that simple. But not always. Clients change their mind, change their deliverables, decide that they are not happy with your service, remember agreements differently than you do, and expect the unreasonable. Managing clients' expectations and requests is part of every business. In this workshop, we'll cover how to deal with these and other issues.
