In a Flash: On-the-spot marketing tips for increasing foot traffic Is your shop or restaurant struggling to stand out? Can’t get folks in the door a second time? Are your best outreach efforts going unnoticed? The Chamber has help on the way. Three women business owners – Janice Beetle, Ruth Griggs and Maureen Scanlon of The Creative, a marketing and communications collaboration in Northampton – will lead a B-to-C Flash Marketing workshop on Oct. 8 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. for downtown and cross-town retail businesses. Janice, Ruth and Maureen will meet with you and your fellow retail business owners and managers at our conference room table, listen to your marketing and communications concerns and help you brainstorm practical, professional solutions on the spot. Learn more about how to strategize, advertise, brand and promote your business, reach the media and maximize your message in person, in print and online.
