Prioritizing Connections: The Why and How for Parents.
In this workshop we will discuss the importance of prioritizing connection in creating the relationship you desire with your children, as well as a family dynamic that honors who each of you truly is. I will then guide you to identify places in your family life where you can implement connection to solve common obstacles such as lack of cooperation and conflict, as well as set you up for being able to easily implement this process for yourself as future challenges arise.
Objectives:
Participants will have a clear understanding of the importance of prioritizing connection with their children.

Rachel Martins, Rachel Martins Coaching
Rachel is a native of Western Massachusetts who has worked with immigrant populations as an advocate and teacher for nearly 20 years and currently works as a middle school teacher in West Springfield. In addition to being a certified Life Coach, she also holds a Master's Degree in Education. Through her teaching and guiding of diverse populations, her journey raising three daughters, and her personal spiritual path, she has developed a unique set of skills that allow her to easily create community and support others as they seek solutions in their family lives and relationships with their children, that allow for improved relationships and more fun in the process of parenting.
