This workshop covers everything needed to create a business plan:



*  Some basics about how to think about a business and create the unique value proposition

*  How to put together the narrative (the text-based stuff) including a fundamental goal that the business will be focusing on

*  How to divide activities into projects or phases 

*  How to choose the numbers for each project/phase that will lead to the financial projections.
